There’s a whole host of activities planned for Victoria Park, many of them involving the Friends of Victoria Park (FoVP) group.
Further volunteer days are still to be announced where you can come along and help make the park enjoyable for all by helping with clean ups, bulb planting, etc!
Tue 12 June – Active Seniors Day in the park – lots of activities and information available primarily for the older people of Glasgow but everyone is welcome to come along from 10.30am until 3.30pm.
Tue 12 to Sun 17 June – Zippos Circus is due to return to the park for several performances daily.
Sun 24 June 2pm – Flower Power Demo – appeal to Glasgow City Council to withdraw its threat to grass over 28 of the main flower beds at the park at the end of this season. PLEASE COME ALONG TO HELP KEEP THE FLOWER…
